My absolute favorite job every year. Since 1998 I have been lucky enough to be contracted with the Walter Camp Football Foundation to photograph their All America Awards Weekend. For those of you who don't know about this weekend please checkout their website www.waltercamp.org. The simple summary - Walter Camp is known as the "Father of American Football." He is the one who designed the game into what it is today. Since the 1800's, The Walter Camp Football Foundation has been picking an All America Team. It is the oldest and most prestigious All America team in the country. Each year, the best players in College football as well as many past recipients, professional players and even Hall of Famers, come into New Haven for hospital visits, school rally, interactive fanfest, dinners, parties and culminate with a black tie dinner for over 1000 people in the historic Yale Commons. Players and members create special friendships year after year and often refer to the foundation as a "Family". It's a great organization - check them out!
Since 2016, I have been honored to be one of two official Heisman Trophy photographers. It's an amazing weekend honoring the best of the best in College football and being in the presence of the greatest football players throughout the years when many former Heisman winners comeback for the annual gala. It's truly an honor to have been selected to work for them and I am forever grateful.
